The appointee(s) will be part of a team of professionals and responsible for (a) handling various human resources management functions, e.g. recruitment, staff review, staff assistance and engagement, and/or benefits administration; (b) performing general liaison and staff communication work; (c) assisting in policy review and development projects; and (d) supervision and coaching of support staff.


Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website:; (iii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification administrative and/or human resources management experience; (iv) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) the ability to work independently under tight timelines with a positive attitude and high attentiveness to details; (vi) strong communication and analytical skills; and (vii) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Relevant experience at tertiary institutions is preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Applicants who do not fulfill the requirement in (ii) above may be considered for appointment as Project Co-ordinator II.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
