Introduction​

Launched in June 2012, the HKIHRM Mentorship Programme has provided a platform for Associate and Affiliate Members (mentees) to learn individually from our seasoned Fellow and Professional Members (mentors). The Programme not only serves as a reciprocal learning experience for mentors to understand career aspirations of the young generation of HR practitioners, but helps sustainability of the HR profession.
 

Over 120 pairs of mentors and mentees have been successfully matched since the programme launched. 

The Programme
 

  • One year

  • Free of charge

  • Event organized periodically (e.g. mentors' sharing sessions, networking events that allow mentors and mentees to meet)

  • Welcome mentees to join the alumni which gives support and care to a new corner

  • Mentor and mentee to meet on a bi-monthly basis

  • 5 CPD hours and 10 CPD hours will be counted for mentees and mentors respectively

Who to Join?

​Associate and Affiliate Members with less than 8 years of HR experience, who are seeking to make progress towards professional goals and broaden business networks
