Governance
To support the development of professional standards, different working groups with seasoned HR practitioners have been formed.

Professional Standards Committee: monitoring the development and quality of the standards which is reflective of the HR profession

Programme Endorsement Sub-Committee: endorsing or re-endorsing HR programmes submitted by tertiary education institutes according to the criteria and reviewing the criteria if necessary
